Own Tempo's enterprise GTM strategy for Latin America, including market prioritization, partner sourcing, and deal execution
Lead commercial negotiations and structure partnerships that drive mutual growth
Build deep relationships with technical and executive stakeholders at partner organizations, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term success
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate partner needs into roadmap priorities
Design and iterate on scalable enablement programs, documentation, and support playbooks
Identify integration and co-development opportunities that expand the Tempo ecosystem
Represent Tempo at regional industry events and within developer and enterprise communities
Requirements
7+ years in an enterprise partnerships role including partner sourcing, negotiation, and management with demonstrated ability to lead both technical and commercial initiatives
Demonstrated ability to lead both technical and commercial initiatives independently
Prior experience working with engineering and product teams at blockchain, infrastructure, or fintech startups
Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese; existing relationships in the LatAm market strongly preferred
Self directed with exceptional relationship building and communication skills. You own your success within both ours and the partners’ organization.
Experience with B2B or developer-adjacent products (e.g., APIs, dashboards, or partner platforms)
