Retain a large book of business by successfully renewing expiring contracts.
Analyze client performance data to demonstrate value and identify areas for improvement.
Proactively identify at-risk accounts and develop strategic plans to educate and recommend improved solutions to customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive engagement.
Identify and proactively pitch upsell opportunities (e.g., new products, services, increased spend) to existing clients.
Partner closely with Solutions Engineers to develop and present compelling proposals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, operations) to ensure client satisfaction and successful campaign delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Advanced English level.
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or account management; sales experience a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive, results-oriented, and highly motivated.
