Role Overview
- Handle inquiries and conduct negotiations with leads and customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
- Identify opportunities, present solutions, and close energy contracts with assertiveness.
- Ensure attainment and overachievement of individual and team targets.
- Update information in the system and keep the sales pipeline organized.
- Operate with a focus on conversion, service quality, and response speed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales (inside sales, telesales, or proactive commercial/customer outreach).
- Strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and results orientation.
- Organized and disciplined, able to work with targets and commercial processes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, RD Station, and sales tools is a plus.
