Conduct litigation, handling high-complexity cases related to Judicial Reorganization and Bankruptcy;
Monitor court publications and deadlines;
Draft pleadings (statements of disagreement, challenges/appeals, objections, etc.) for medium
and high-complexity cases;
Participate in creditors' meetings/assemblies;
Handle court orders and administrative case management matters;
Prepare procedural reports and legal opinions;
Interact with various internal teams within the firm and with the client;
Attend meetings with consultants, clients, and in-house counsel for companies undergoing Judicial Reorganization;
Supervise legal support staff on operational tasks and contribute to standardizing workflows;
Collaborate with quality management and regulatory compliance (ISO 9001), identifying improvements and supporting audits;
Work on data protection and information security, promoting practices that ensure the integrity and compliance of the processes under your responsibility.
Requirements
Law degree (Bachelor of Laws) with active Brazilian Bar registration (OAB);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred;
Experience in legal practice and related activities;
Knowledge and experience in Judicial Reorganization and Bankruptcy proceedings;
