Role Overview
- Handle strategic civil litigation, leading higher-complexity cases;
- Work extensively on matters involving contracts and real estate law;
- Directly manage client relationships, including strategic alignment, meetings, and development of action plans;
- Perform risk assessment and develop dispute-resolution strategies;
- Manage multiple clients and case portfolios concurrently.
Requirements
- Law degree with active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
- Previous experience at a law firm;
- Solid background in strategic civil litigation;
- Experience with contracts and real estate matters is a plus;
