Program Management of Source cost improvements program in collaboration with Supply Chain Procurement team and Supply Chain to evolve ideation process and approach to develop and sustain value delivery pipeline (short /mid/long term)
Maintain portfolio performance management tools by developing and updating dashboards, scorecards, and performance trackers; deliver data-driven analyses and comprehensive reports to the Senior Manager and relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.
Ensure accuracy of financial reporting related to cost improvement programs, aligned to the financial calendar and key reporting milestones; investigate data discrepancies and coordinate corrections with DRI’s.
Serve as the lead or provide support for cost improvement workshops by collaborating with category managers and sourcing managers to identify and validate cost-saving initiatives.
Organize and lead monthly or weekly reviews to ensure projects are maintained, monitor execution timelines and report any gaps or risks for prioritization and decision-making.
Prepare and consolidate monthly financial plan reporting in collaboration with Finance, Category Leaders owners across the end-to-end supply chain.
Prepare and run project reviews, ideation sessions and regular updates for Supply Chain / Procurement leadership teams (materials, presentations, analytics).
Assess possibilities for process harmonization and digital transformation; formulate recommended improvement strategies and implementation plans.
Support change management and communications for cost improvement governance by drafting communications, coordinating stakeholder engagement, and monitoring adoption metrics.
Develop and revise project plans, work with partners to understand complex problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution in a timely manner, escalating as necessary to meet timelines.

Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelors degree with advanced degree preferred.
Power BI: Data modeling, interactive dashboards, report publishing and sharing, data visualization best practices
Excel: Advanced proficiency in PivotTables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, conditional formatting, Power Query (Get & Transform), data validation, and charting
PowerPoint: visualization skills
Microsoft 365: Proficiency with Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive for collaborative reporting, version control, and stakeholder communication
