Role Overview
Acquiring new clients
long-term users of our product
Conducting online presentations for potential clients
Educating and developing knowledge about the capabilities of our product among new and existing users

Working with a CRM system to manage sales (Pipedrive)
Requirements
At least 3 years of professional experience in a CS (Customer Success) or Sales role in the SaaS/e-commerce industry
Experience in B2B sales (knowledge of sales techniques, ability to speak the language of benefits)
Experience in presenting SaaS products
explaining technical concepts in a simple and accessible way
Knowledge of CRM systems such as Pipedrive or Hubspot
Openness and strong relationship-building skills
Creativity and independence
Excellent organisation skills
Willingness to develop and discover/learn new solutions
