Role Overview
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute proactive talent acquisition strategies.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify talent gaps and prioritize hiring needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate screening and assessment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure timely hiring decisions.
- Lead multiple projects using agile methodologies to improve recruiting workflows.
- Provide guidance on talent assessment frameworks and interview best practices.
- Monitor market trends and competitive intelligence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field and 2 year’s experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area.
- 4 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition or related area.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and talent strategy.
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and influencing skills.
- Experience managing recruitment processes using agile methodology and workflow management.
- Ability to analyze talent supply and market trends, providing actionable insights.
- Skilled in process improvement and implementing technology-enabled solutions.
- Strong project management capabilities.
