About this role
Role Overview
Attend to, log, and resolve incidents and requests related to IT infrastructure via the ITSM tool, ensuring SLA compliance.
Monitor the health of servers, networks and technology services (on-premises and cloud).
Provision user accounts and access, groups and basic policies (AD, Azure AD and GPOs).
Manage Windows endpoints using management solutions, security software and update policies.
Perform network management tasks (VLANs, DHCP, DNS, Wi‑Fi, VPN, firewall rules, etc.).
Support the management of virtualization environments (VMware) and the creation/adjustment of VMs.
Contribute to information security best practices and compliance.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields (completed or in progress)
Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP.
Knowledge of virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V).
Experience in IT infrastructure and support.
Scripting knowledge in PowerShell and/or Bash.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
Knowledge of backup routines with Veeam.
Knowledge of Azure.
Knowledge of monitoring and observability frameworks.
Advanced English.
