Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to IT infrastructure services.
Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for infrastructure teams.
Work closely with infrastructure, cloud, network, security, and operations teams to design solutions.
Support planning and implementation of infrastructure initiatives, including cloud and on-prem upgrades.
Analyze current infrastructure processes and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Support ITIL processes such as Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management.
Participate in service design, capacity planning, and availability planning activities.
Assist in impact analysis and root cause analysis for infrastructure incidents.
Develop process flows, use cases, and documentation for infrastructure services.
Coordinate UAT and validation of infrastructure-related solutions and enhancements.
Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.

MBA with 3-5 years of professional experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic working knowledge of modern collaboration and analytics tools
SharePoint
Power BI
Chatbots / conversational AI tools
Other AI‑driven productivity or automation applications
Demonstrated eagerness to learn, strong adaptability, and ability to work in dynamic IT and business environments.
