Maintain client confidence through clear communication, expectation-setting, and alignment.
Author, edit, and maintain a wide range of technical, marketing, and sales materials, including: Client contracts, proposals/estimates and client‑facing presentations, User, administration, and configuration guides, System health checks and KPI reporting
Act as a subject‑matter expert on system capabilities, configurations, and constraints throughout the onboarding/implementation process of the system and updates.
Manage interpretation of internal and client requirements to support system specifications and deployment of customized software solutions.
Partner with Digital Product Owner to ensure demos and trainings effectively highlight relevant features and functionality.
Develop and deliver training materials and documentation to support client onboarding and ongoing usage.
Translate technical concepts into clear, user‑friendly documentation for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
