Support the tactical rollout of the unified Fuze Health brand across internal and external materials, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity
Assist with rebranding key assets and digital platforms in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels to support brand awareness and demand generation initiatives
Create and manage content across multiple formats, including newsletters, marketing collateral, web copy, and social media posts
Maintain and update the marketing and communications calendar to ensure consistent and timely messaging across client
and market-facing channels
Plan and execute logistics for trade shows, webinars, and the annual client conference, ensuring strong brand representation and a seamless attendee experience
Support client engagement programs such as quarterly webinars and branded promotional items for clients and prospects
Assist with execution of the annual marketing plan and help track budgets for events, advertising, and sponsorships
Create and update internal marketing assets and presentations to support cross-functional teams and reinforce brand consistency
Manage content updates and user access for the client portal, coordinating with developers to ensure content remains current and on-brand
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably within healthcare, health-tech, or life sciences
Experience supporting a corporate rebrand or maintaining brand standards across multiple channels
Hands-on experience with core marketing functions, including email marketing, events, content creation, and digital marketing
Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo) and webinar tools (e.g., ON24)
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with strong attention to detail
Experience working with vendors or agencies is a plus.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, and Corporate Communications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
