Reach out and build relationships with influencers.
Negotiate and structure partnership deals including flat fees, revenue share arrangements, and hybrid compensation models.
Budget management
Brief creators on campaign goals, ensuring high-quality sponsored content.
Track, and report on campaign performance (views, downloads, installs, revenue impact) and optimize based on results.
Stay current on platform trends, emerging creators, and best practices in influencer marketing.
Requirements
3+ years of proven experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management within mobile apps.
Existing network of influencer contacts or demonstrated ability to build one quickly.
Ideally English speaking Countries (US/UK).
Experience negotiating and closing deals with creators directly and through agencies.
Solid understanding of rev share models, flat-fee contracts, and hybrid deal structures.
Analytical mindset with experience using tracking tools (Adjust, AppsFlyer).
Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple partnerships simultaneously.
Passion for entertainment, digital content, and the creator economy.
