Role Overview
Establish and lead the planning calendar and operational cadence for their DT&D leadership team
Oversee the portfolio of projects/ product teams, ensuring DT&D work aligns with strategic objectives and delivers value
Drive the annual planning process, facilitating prioritization, investment choices, and portfolio sequencing
Lead business reviews for their DT&D leader, including portfolio health and operational excellence
Manage efficiency opportunities across the application portfolio, contracts, and 3rd party spend.
Partner across departments to streamline, advance, and continuously improve ways of working
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Strong understanding of the IT project lifecycle, resource management, and strategic IT planning
Ability to navigate and drive results across multiple stakeholder groups
Experience interacting with and influencing senior IT leaders
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and transformational change
Proficiency in portfolio management tools and software
Experience interacting with and influencing IT business partners
Strong financial and process acumen
