Maintain and update the global media database; support accreditation processes for journalists and photographers across WRC, TCR, Customer Racing, and LMDh events.
Draft, proofread, and edit press kits, race previews, and post‑event reports for all Hyundai Motorsport racing programs.
Conduct daily monitoring of international media to assess brand sentiment; prepare structured coverage reports after each rally or race event.
Assist the PR team during “Home Office” race weekends or on-site events, including media zone coordination and interview schedule management.
Keep the digital asset management system (DAM) organized and updated with high‑resolution images, b‑roll, and LMDh technical media assets.
Requirements
Enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, International Business, or a related field.
Specialization in Corporate Communications or Sports Management is highly preferred.
Previous internship experience in PR agencies, newsrooms, or communications roles within sports or automotive industries is an advantage.
Proven ability to write structured, accurate, and engaging English content (articles, blogs, or academic work).
Experience in fast‑paced event environments or hospitality roles is beneficial.
Exceptional written and verbal English skills (C1/C2).
German is highly beneficial; Korean, French, or Spanish are assets in the international paddock.
Ability to translate complex technical data — including hybrid systems and LMDh performance information — into compelling and accessible stories.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for reporting and PowerPoint for presentations).
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/InDesign) is advantageous.
