Assist in building, scheduling, and launching cross-channel journeys, including email, SMS, Push, etc.
Support lifecycle and promotional campaigns (welcome flows, re-engagement, retention, offers, etc.)
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, design, technical, and operational teams to prepare campaign assets.
Proofread and QA campaign content to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance.
Improve engagement and retention by using customer behavioral signals like abandon events or prescription upload.
Data analysis and reporting – prepare basic performance reports to share with the team.
Stay up to date with email and SMS marketing best practices and trends.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email / SMS marketing preferably in an ecommerce, direct-to-consumer business.
Ability to start ASAP
Hybrid; ability to work in office 1 day a week in Draper
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions and generate actionable insights.
Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs), marketing automation tools (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo), and campaign analytics.
Dedication to creating effective customer-facing communications and experiences including establishing and testing different messaging frameworks to unlock growth.
Demonstrated success supporting marketing strategy and executing day-to-day work.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over quality and accuracy with excellent project management and organizational skills.
Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
