About this role
Role Overview
Independently handle general administrative tasks for the Semiconductor Technology and Components division
Professional correspondence, preparing quotations, scheduling, meeting-room management, ordering supplies, etc.
Support coordination and filing of applications, project documents and budget planning
Maintain and standardize databases, directories and communication materials (e.g., trade-show materials, web content, reports, etc.)
Organize events (e.g., workshops, customer visits, receiving guests and catering for meetings)
Assist in coordinating business travel
Maintain and track employees' training and induction status (workplace-related briefings, equipment, etc.)
Organize and document cleanroom access regulations in cooperation with infrastructure management
Document processes, e.g., manage call-off allocations for cleanroom supplies or maintain relevant overviews and records according to internal requirements
Act as an interface to central functions (e.g., Procurement, Controlling) and provide administrative support for service orders, e.g., following up on invoicing and billing or procuring and managing cleanroom consumables
Requirements
Completed commercial or administrative vocational training (e.g., Office Management clerk, administrative professional) or equivalent qualification
Several years' experience as a team assistant, project assistant or in a comparable administrative role—ideally in a technical, scientific or research-related environment
Excellent written and spoken German
Confident user of common MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel)
Strong communication and interface skills when dealing with diverse internal and external contacts
Very good organizational skills and a structured, reliable working style
High level of care, confidentiality, self-responsibility and quality awareness, especially when handling processes requiring documentation
Service-oriented manner, team spirit and enjoyment in supporting an interdisciplinary environment
