You will be responsible for the operational training coordination and project management of our IT and digital reskilling and upskilling training programs for our partners in the CEE region, from our centre in Budapest.
End-to-end responsibility for the entire B2B training cycle (preparation, resource allocation, administration, follow-up, contact with client, etc.)
Support the preparation of business proposals in close cooperation with our sales team
Support tender documentation
Work together with the marketing team on marketing materials to be submitted to / provided for B2B business partners
Coordinate the recruitment process of possible trainers
Keep in contact with the trainer pool
Monitor and evaluate the training program’s effectiveness and success
Set up and continuously refine a follow-up system for corporate trainings
Document training portfolio and conducted events
Design the timetable and spatial logistics of the different corporate trainings
Take part in market events aimed at marketing corporate training
Requirements
Has experience in managing training projects in a B2B environment
You are not afraid to change things and create processes on your own
Has excellent project management skills. You can handle several clients at the same time, have a great eye for detail, and have excellent client management skills
A precise, structured, and detail-oriented way of working, creating a clear, well-organized documentation
Able to work independently and confidently in the required fields
Has great people management skills. You will work with several different departments, clients, and trainers
Has a strong business mindset
Fluent in Hungarian and English
Experience with tech companies is a plus
