About this role
Role Overview
Support the head of administration and contribute to the design and handling of HR-related matters
Support the planning and execution of projects in the administration area
Coordinate and monitor administrative processes
Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations
Maintain statistics and perform analyses related to costs and expenditures
Maintain and manage data, documents, and distribution lists
Provide support in personnel administration
Manage fleet and company car administration
Process incoming mail and distribute it to the responsible departments
Review, code/account and process overhead/expense invoices
Reconcile open items and coordinate with internal departments and external service providers
Request and order consumables and office supplies
Perform general administrative and office tasks
Requirements
Completed commercial training (business administration) or equivalent qualification
AEVO trainer certification (Ausbildereignungsschein) is an advantage
At least 5 years of professional experience desirable
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
Proficient with MS Office
Careful, structured, conscientious and goal-oriented work style
Discretion, commitment, a high degree of independence, teamwork and reliability are required
