Role Overview
- Provide HR support to client areas as assigned
- Partner with leaders in support of deploying and administering HR policy and practices
- Partner with managers and recruiting in support of talent acquisition
- Investigate and analyze employee requests, concerns and complaints
- Support and influence the implementation and ongoing development of SAP Success Factors
- Drive, influence, advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organizational change
Requirements
- 5+ years experience
- Bachelor's degree required in related field or equivalent HR experience
- Demonstrated exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated skill with ownership and/or management of HR projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with HR SAP/Paychex preferred; Microsoft Office required.
