About this role
Role Overview
- Executing on the product group and enterprise-wide strategy within the assigned territory
- Maximize Nucor's profitability through collaboration with Sales, Production and Technical personnel
- Extensive travel on a weekly basis to take care of Nucor customers
- Demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of outside sales experience or successful completion of Nucor’s DDSM program
- Bar Mill Steel knowledge (Preferred)
- Sales or leadership experience in steel or related industry (Preferred)
- 4-year college degree in business/marketing or field related to the steel industry (Preferred)
