Drive Learning & Development Operations: Coordinate qualifications, trainings and development programs from end to end (booking, trainer communication, invitations, confirmations and more).
Organize all logistics for L&D events—rooms, catering, setup and smooth execution.
Ensure High-Quality HR Administration & Data Management: Oversee time tracking and time management processes. Handle employee inquiries with professionalism and timely support. Process resignations and keep HR systems accurate and compliant.
Coordinate onboarding logistics, including country/regional welcome days. Administer employee surveys and support reporting. Maintain correct position and role assignments in our HR systems.
Support the Full Employee Lifecycle: Initiate, extend or end engagements for contingent workers. Prepare employer documents such as reference letters, employment confirmations and A1 forms. Support contract management and documentation processes. Coordinate HR measures for life events including births, weddings and service anniversaries. Handle internal and external secondary employment requests.
Partner with both local HR and our Service Excellence Hub to deliver a consistent and exceptional HR service.
Requirements
A formal education in Human Resources or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR administration.
Proficiency in SAP or another major HRIS system.
Full professional fluency in both English and Swedish, spoken and written.
Knowledge of another Nordic language is considered a strong advantage.
