As a Junior HR Specialist, you are part of our HR team and support all areas of operational HR work.
You will work closely with management, leaders and employees and gain insight into all HR-related topics.
The role is deliberately varied: in addition to classic HR tasks, you will contribute to projects to further develop our HR processes and will gradually take on your own areas of responsibility.
Requirements
Degree in business administration, social sciences or a related field with a focus on HR, or a commercial vocational qualification with relevant additional HR training
Initial practical experience in an HR environment (e.g. internships or working student roles) is an advantage
Excellent written and spoken German
