About this role
Role Overview
Define and govern the strategic framework for campaign delivery platforms and customer contact strategies.
Ensure effective planning, prioritization, and governance of campaign operations.
Lead transformation initiatives, optimize campaign performance, and partner with stakeholders.
Own omnichannel contact governance.
Shape and drive Martech architecture roadmap.
Guide CRM and journey squads, ensuring best-practice design.
Own and define Vodafone base marketing measurement framework and KPI tracking.
Drive cross-functional alignment around unified base marketing strategy.
Build and develop a high-performing base marketing strategy function.
Requirements
Experience in campaign operations and strategic planning.
People Management experience
Strong understanding of customer contact strategies and marketing platforms.
Ability to manage complex planning and prioritization processes.
Analytical skills for performance measurement and optimization.
Familiarity with agile delivery and backlog management.
