Strengthen connections and deepen relationships with brokers in Salvador and the surrounding region;
Execute the sales plan for the roster of brokers under your management;
Prepare and analyze Business Plans for strategic brokers and build and update the Sales Pipeline;
Manage and analyze portfolios of strategic brokers under your responsibility with a focus on increasing sales;
Study the market, the region and the competition, as well as identify opportunities and propose actions to grow the portfolio and win new business;
Use commercial management tools to better develop tactical action plans;
Monitor the performance of strategic brokers, presenting financial performance indicators to help them manage their portfolios in order to generate positive results and identify opportunities;
Support broker development and product knowledge, offering the best tools for brokers to provide optimal risk advisory to clients;
Train and develop strategic brokers; evaluate and identify new partnerships.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Insurance or related fields.
Availability to travel.
Basic English.
Required knowledge of insurance products and various business lines (Life and General Insurance).
Required experience in commercial/sales roles.
Multi-product knowledge: Demonstrates technical mastery of market products and services.
Ability to explain sold solutions in detail and identify the most appropriate solution for each client.
Negotiation: Able to negotiate skillfully in difficult situations with internal and external stakeholders;
Able to resolve differences with minimal disruption;
