Define and execute the commercial strategy for Foods Connected's product specialisms within the APAC region.
Develop frameworks for account growth, renewal optimization, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities tailored to regional market dynamics across Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, and broader APAC markets.
Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track account health, adoption rates, and revenue performance across APAC.
Collaborate with SVP of Account Management to align regional goals with global growth objectives.
Oversee strategic account planning and ensure strong relationships with senior stakeholders in key APAC customer accounts.
Drive adoption of additional Foods Connected products by identifying regional customer needs and aligning solutions.
Ensure renewal processes are proactive, data-driven, and focused on delivering measurable customer outcomes.
Introduce scalable methodologies for account management, including regional playbooks and best practices suited to the diverse APAC market landscape.
Partner with Professional Services to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding for new products across APAC.
Work closely with Product teams to provide regional customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
Support Sales in pre-sales engagements for expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
8+ years of experience in account management, commercial strategy, or customer success within a B2B SaaS environment.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through renewals and upsell strategies in APAC markets.
Strong leadership experience managing multi-country teams and complex enterprise accounts across the Asia-Pacific region.
Deep understanding of SaaS commercial models, account planning, and customer lifecycle management.
Experience with CRM systems and data analytics for account health monitoring.
Strong financial acumen and ability to develop pricing and growth strategies.
Familiarity with the APAC food industry landscape, including relevant regulatory environments such as FSANZ (Food Standards Australia New Zealand).
Experience navigating the cultural and commercial diversity of APAC markets, including Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, and East Asia.
