About this role
Role Overview
Provide exceptional pre-sales technical support to our sales team
Serve as a subject matter expert on application performance management
Deliver product demonstrations that directly address customer challenges
Engage with prospective customers to ascertain their requirements
Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify potential upsell opportunities
Lead proof-of-concept (POC) engagements
Maintain and continually expand expertise concerning the technologies supported by HeadSpin
Requirements
Minimum of two years of experience in a technical sales or solutions engineering capacity
Proficiency in either iOS or Android
Knowledge of Java or Python
Experience with open-source testing and automation frameworks (e.g., Appium, Selenium, XCUiTest, Espresso/UIAutomator, etc.)
Strong grasp of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) tools
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a comparable field is preferred
