Role Overview
- Analyze operational and commercial opportunities (e.g., pricing, workflows, performance gaps) and assess potential impact.
- Translate insights into structured operational processes that can be executed reliably.
- Drive implementation of new workflows and monitor their performance.
- Develop documentation and playbooks that ensure repeatability and clarity across teams.
- Support cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Risk, Customer Experience, and Growth.
- Leverage AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., n8n, agent-based workflows) to improve process efficiency over time.
Requirements
- Strong Excel proficiency and comfort with structured data analysis.
- Experience building or deploying AI agents or automation workflows.
- Familiarity with no-code automation tools (n8n or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Exposure to startup or fintech environments.
- Experience with BI tools or SQL.
