Role Overview
Lead and optimize staffing, scheduling, and workload distribution across operational teams
Analyze operational performance metrics and KPIs, identify opportunities for process improvement through workflow analysis
Establish and enforce rigorous compliance guidelines and quality control processes
Investigate operational incidents, address stakeholder concerns, and implement corrective actions
Facilitate effective communication, foster a continuous improvement culture, encourage innovation
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience
Strong preference for experience managing large-scale medical practices, clinical teams, or high-volume healthcare operations
