Work as a strategic partner to the India Sales and Business Development teams

Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of our signature brand conferences in India
Manage our presence at key industry trade shows and host executive roundtables
Build and nurture the TiDB community in India
Identify and collaborate with local tech communities and partners
Partner with our Global Digital Marketing team for local insights

5–10 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, preferably within a global MNC (Cloud, SaaS, or Infrastructure)
Direct, hands-on experience in planning and executing flagship brand conferences and large-scale developer events
Strong focus on lead generation and pipeline contribution
Senior professional willing to roll up sleeves for quality execution
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
