Help build Shipt’s marketing measurement and analytics capability to measure the short and long-term impacts of marketing.
Deliver clear tracking and reporting, and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making across the marketing organization.
Implement a Marketing Mix Model program to support annual planning, quarterly forecasting and weekly investment optimizations.
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Shipt’s MMM platform, managing data integrity, quality validation, and continuous improvement.
Establish clear links between marketing activity, team goals/KPIs, and business outcomes to ensure reporting frameworks support accountability and decision-making across all channels.
Lead modeling and analysis to connect marketing investments to revenue and business outcomes.
Conduct simulations to forecast the business impact of proposed marketing changes and integrate learnings into annual planning and budget cycles.
Analyze campaign and channel performance data on weekly, monthly and quarterly cadences to uncover key trends, risks and opportunities.
Translate cross-channel analysis into data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
Requirements
8 years of experience in marketing analytics, insights, or effectiveness roles within a matrixed organization.
Expert-level proficiency in measurement platforms and data visualization with deep technical understanding of Marketing Mix Modeling, Multi-Touch Attribution, incremental testing and econometric modeling.
Proven experience developing and scaling marketing frameworks that drive decision-making.
Deep expertise in marketing attribution, campaign performance measurement, forecasting and ROI modeling.
Strong communicator with an exceptional ability to translate complex analytical concepts and findings into understandable and actionable takeaways for executives, creatives and channel partners.
Excellent attention to detail for best-in-class reporting.
Ability to influence without authority.
Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams to achieve measurable business goals.
