Lead enterprise organizational effectiveness strategies, including structure, process optimization, and performance improvement
Drive change management to enable transformation and innovation
Develop and execute integrated learning and leadership development strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational culture
Oversee strategic design and delivery of leadership programs across all levels
Define and track KPIs to measure impact and ROI of learning and leadership initiatives
Partner with HR, DEI, and senior leaders to ensure inclusive, equitable development programs
Serve as a trusted advisor to executives on organizational dynamics, talent strategy, and leadership effectiveness
Lead, develop and manage a diverse team of leaders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
15 years of work experience in organizational development, talent management, or human resources
10 years of leadership/people management experience
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
