Role Overview

• Assist in the planning, setting up and management of online research projects, either supporting or being supported by more senior colleagues.
• Have a good enough understanding of the research process at Human8 to manage a simple project.
• Collaborate well with and act as a liaison for PST.
• Attend activity design meetings and brainstorms.
• Grow moderating experience on 1on1 interviews and group discussions (both synchronous and asynchronous).
• Brief external moderators and check the status of survey fieldwork to communicate it internally.
• Analyze, interpret and report on the findings of most research projects (except for very complex projects).
• Provide draft conclusions and recommendations for review by a more senior consultant.
• Interpret an analysis plan and use it as a base to collaborate with others (e.g. PST, external moderator, etc.) when relevant.
• Listen with an open mind to colleague's feedback on your work.
• Grow experience by presenting internally (e.g. team meetings) and attend client presentations, answering questions that relate to your analyses.
• Gain experience and exposure to clients by supporting more senior consultants with project-related tasks and communications.
• Follow marketing content for own interest and to develop knowledge about our offering.
• Build a social professional profile and become an active networker.
• Pitch your role naturally and state the impact it has on your clients, to a friend/family member.
• Be aware of the commercial objectives and targets of your team.
• Understand the budget build-up of projects where you have an active role.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., social sciences, psychology, business, or economics).
• Curiosity and Eagerness: A desire to learn and explore.
• Attention to Detail: Carefully handle data and research materials.
• Communication: Clear communication within the team.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Basic Analytical Skills: Familiarity with data interpretation.
