Handle technical customer inquiries by phone and in writing in the area of home charging (e.g., installation, commissioning, troubleshooting)
Advise customers on various products from the automotive sector
Use specialized software, backends, and consoles for fault analysis and problem resolution
Requirements
Interest in technical topics and an affinity for IT (e.g., MS Office products)
Very good German and Spanish language skills
Prior experience as a building services technician, industrial mechanic, electronics technician, or experience in eMobility and charging infrastructure is an advantage
Willingness to work shifts (Mon–Sun, 06:00–22:00; core hours Mon–Fri, 08:00–16:30)
Independent and flexible working style with strong communication skills
