Role Mission
Be the technical reference that connects operations, SRE and AI, leading the resolution of complex incidents, driving continuous improvements and promoting modern engineering, automation and governance practices. A strategic role for those who enjoy solving hard problems, innovating and directly impacting the customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead technical guidance for teams and cross-functional groups in high-criticality environments.
- Perform deep diagnostics and troubleshooting on systems, pipelines, AI models and intelligent agents.
- Act in response to critical incidents, conducting RCAs, defining action plans and ensuring permanent fixes.
- Design and evolve monitoring, observability and governance processes (ITIL, SRE, AIOps).
- Integrate agents and models with observability platforms and corporate tools.
- Produce technical analyses, post-mortems, executive insights and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Act as a transformation agent, spreading SRE culture, automation and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with vendors, internal areas and engineering teams to ensure platform stability and continuous evolution.
Requirements
Desired Knowledge and Competencies
- Expertise in troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Advanced fundamentals of LLMs, agents, embeddings, governance and model lifecycle.
- SRE practices: reliability, MTTD/MTTR, automation, incident response.
- Modern observability (OTel, metrics, structured logs, dashboards).
- Technical leadership, executive communication and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience with complex IT environments, Telecom or Financial sectors.
- Advanced English or Spanish.
- Desired: Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, ServiceNow, Dynatrace, AIOps, Python, Cloud.
