You advise our clients on designing, implementing, and optimizing monitoring and observability solutions using the Grafana platform.
You ensure that best practices are understood and applied effectively to monitor and improve systems.
Together with your team and the client, you analyze their specific requirements and use cases in the areas of observability and traceability.
You translate these into well-considered, practical solution concepts.
You continuously review and refine existing monitoring configurations to improve system performance, minimize downtime, and provide maximum transparency into infrastructure and application status.
You conduct trainings and workshops to ensure our clients can use their monitoring platforms effectively in day-to-day operations.

Several years of experience in system engineering, particularly with monitoring/observability tools
Good knowledge in at least one of the following areas: observability solutions (Grafana, Datadog, Elastic, or similar)
Tracing
Monitoring of CI/CD processes
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Podman) is a plus
Structured, responsible way of working
Eagerness for continuous learning, development, and openness to new tools and methods
Very good German language skills (at least C1) & basic technical English (B1)
