About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for phone-based support and technical assistance for employees.
Responding to inquiries on: user accounts, Active Directory / Microsoft 365, and network issues.
Providing assistance to iPhone users and general support for PC and laptop usage.
Requirements
Ideally, you have prior experience in an IT user helpdesk environment.
You have strong communication skills and experience dealing with customers.
You have a quick grasp of technical issues and a strong service orientation.
You are willing to work shifts.
You have excellent German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2).
