Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, (Business) Psychology, HR Management, or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role
- Solid knowledge of labor law and experience working closely with managers
- Structured working approach and a hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills
- Very good German and good English skills
