Account Executive – Maintenance Software

Role Overview

Join us in building and scaling our sales growth model as we aim for 1,000+ maintenance customers in the next two years. Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in SaaS sales, business development, or a comparable commercial role
• Experience in production, manufacturing, or maintenance environments is strongly preferred.
• Technical affinity or background with the ability to understand operational and maintenance-related challenges (experience with specific CMMS solutions is not required).
• Experience managing mid-market and/or enterprise sales cycles; hands-on mentality with the flexibility to adapt sales approaches to different customer sizes.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales methodologies, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset, with a passion for solving customer challenges through innovative technology.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Spanish and/or any Scandinavian Language is a plus.
