Take full ownership of the entire sales cycle in the DACH market, with a focus on enterprise clients — from proactive prospecting and targeted outbound activities (including cold outreach) to negotiation and closing. Build and maintain a strong pipeline beyond BD-generated opportunities.
Craft and implement sales strategies to promote osapiens CMMS solutions, unlocking new Annual Subscription Value (ASV) opportunities.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to solve their maintenance challenges.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, pre-sales, and customer success, to ensure seamless client onboarding and a world-class customer experience.
Represent osapiens at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences across the DACH region, acting as a professional and outgoing ambassador of our brand.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in maintenance, operations, or industrial sectors.
Technical affinity or background with the ability to understand operational and maintenance-related challenges (experience with specific CMMS solutions is not required).
Experience managing mid-market and/or enterprise sales cycles; hands-on mentality with the flexibility to adapt sales approaches to different customer sizes.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales methodologies, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, results-driven mindset, with a passion for solving customer challenges through innovative technology.
Strong communication and presentation skills in German (Native) and English, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
