Validates order and shipping documents for review.
Retail Customer Service – timely and effective communication to FF sales staff and clients.
Communicates consistently with the transportation department to track shipments and shortages.
Verifies export files and/or research in Main Frame computer system to ensure system matches shipped orders.
Assists with claims and researching PODs and any additional documentation.
Supports several order entry positions.
Covers the Front desk during absence and lunch breaks.
Cross-train in other positions within the department.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
A High School diploma or GED required.
1-3 years of experience in customer service.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts beyond addition and subtraction.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to establish priorities and work independently with minimal guidance.
Knowledge of most commonly used business systems and software applications in addition to Windows Office and how these systems relate to business processes.
