The Salesforce Techno-Functional Lead owns and drives the standardization, optimization, and ongoing evolution of our Salesforce platform across multiple manufacturing business segments.
This role will serve as the primary bridge between the business and IT, ensuring Salesforce supports a consistent, scalable, and insight-driven sales and opportunity pipeline while meeting the unique needs of our manufacturing operations.
Lead the standardization of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud across manufacturing business units.
Define and enforce common sales, opportunity, and forecasting processes.
Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to align on: Lead-to-opportunity processes, Opportunity stages, probabilities, and exit criteria.
