Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance service offerings based on client feedback.
Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities.
Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
Travel as needed to client sites.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or related field, expected.
MBA, relevant master's degree or PhD preferred.
5-8 years of related experience in client service or sales.
In-depth knowledge of SPM and familiarity with industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and closing deals.
Leadership experience in a sales or account management capacity.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
