About this role
Role Overview
You monitor order processing within the Service team and ensure contract-compliant and timely billing with our clients
You perform administrative tasks related to the implementation and documentation of customer projects and manage and monitor billing status and incoming payments
Contribute to special assignments and ongoing process optimization
Prepare or support month-end closings, including relevant KPIs as well as performance and earnings forecasts
Review and process supplier and subcontractor transactions
Prepare customer quotations in cooperation with our project managers
Prepare cost forecasts and analyze order-related cost variances
Requirements
Completed commercial training (vocational qualification) with initial professional experience, ideally in project administration
Confident user of common MS Office applications
Independent, structured and meticulous working style combined with commercial/business-oriented thinking and strong customer focus
