Role Overview
- You process customer inquiries and claims and interact with our customers via inbound and outbound phone calls, email, and chat
- You work closely with experienced colleagues and leaders who challenge, support, and inspire you
- You help optimize and automate our processes and contribute ideas to further improve the customer experience
- Together as a team you achieve daily and monthly targets — with focus, structure, and team spirit
Requirements
- Some experience in customer support or claims handling — ideally in a medical or insurance-related environment
- A confident, friendly demeanor and clear, empathetic communication
- Structured, independent working style and good time management
