Learn and use internal systems as required (ServiceNow PPM, AS9, SailPoint)
Collaborate with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed
Create and maintain Stakeholder Register and Analysis Document
Ensure stakeholder review and buy-in of intermediate and final project deliverables
Create Project Plan using Microsoft Project (P6 acceptable) that includes tasks, duration, predecessors and successors, and resources
Monitor activities daily related to the project, including subcontractor monitoring
Create, manage, and distribute project artifacts like charters, schedules, status, and risks
Plan and lead status review meetings, which may include internal team members, vendors, and businesses
Create Organization Change Management plan and execute it
Communicate routinely to management, businesses, project team members, and other stakeholders, actively soliciting and addressing project team feedback
Establish key project metrics
Manage Risk register and mitigations
Coordinate and drive resolutions of technical and operational issues
Ensure change management processes are followed
