Shape and execute marketing strategy for Doximity’s pharma business
Identify AI growth opportunities across targeting, segmentation, positioning, and channel optimization
Lead advanced analytics AI initiatives to inform campaign performance and client strategy
Develop & present scalable AI reporting and insight-generation capabilities
Serve as a strategic thought partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance
Collaborate with commercial teams to support client-facing insights and upsell opportunities
Requirements
4+ years of experience at ZS, Axtria, Google Pharma, or similar data-driven healthcare strategy firms; currently in a Manager / Consultant / Sr Consultant level
Deep experience in pharma marketing analytics, commercial strategy, or go-to-market optimization
Strong analytical skill set (Excel, SQL, data visualization tools; experience working with large datasets)
Exceptional executive communication and structured problem-solving skills
