Lead generation and prospecting through targeted outreach strategies, cold calling, networking, and personal referrals
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to each client's specific needs
Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives
Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align sales efforts with company goals and product roadmaps
Analyse sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Stay informed about PDF industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics
Requirements
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software industry
Extensive experience in running full-cycle sales processes
Proven track record of successful outbound prospecting and lead generation
Strong written and verbal communication in English
Consultative mindset with high curiosity and initiative
The technical acumen to articulate complex product solutions with clarity and confidence
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with distributed teams
German language proficiency (would be a plus)
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (would be a plus)
