Drive new business and revenue growth for ATE boards and/or MSAP technology in the DACH and BeNeLux regions
Build, manage, and expand long-term strategic customer relationships within the telecommunications and/or semiconductor industries
Develop and execute sales and account strategies to open new markets and target key customers
Lead complex sales cycles and coordinate closely with customers and production partners in Asia and/or Europe on solution and product development
Analyze market and technology trends to adapt sales strategies and identify new growth opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, product performance, and continuous improvement
Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs to strengthen market presence and networks
Requirements
Proven track record in Senior Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management within the electronics, PCB, semiconductor, or related technology industries
Strong ability to identify new business opportunities, develop markets, and build long-term strategic customer relationships
Solid understanding of technical products, manufacturing environments, and solution-based selling
Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution and strong commercial ownership
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior decision-makers
Comfortable working in an international environment with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
Entrepreneurial mindset, high level of self-motivation, and willingness to take ownership of market development
Fluent in English; German or additional European languages are a plus
Willingness to travel internationally
