Responsibility for and optimization of online checkout and sales processes to increase revenue and conversions
Management, operation and further development of the websites of the Volksbanken network
Design and implementation of measures to improve the digital customer journey and maximize conversion rates (CRO)
Definition and prioritization of the product backlog for web and digital sales topics
Analysis and monitoring of relevant KPIs (traffic, conversion, revenue) and derivation of optimization measures
Close collaboration with digitization, sales management and IT teams as well as external service providers

Completed degree in Marketing, E‑Commerce, Innovation Management or a comparable field
Relevant professional experience in digital sales, e‑commerce or web management
Experience with CRO and performance optimization
Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, KPIs and conversion optimization
You demonstrate trust and a regional mindset in your daily work and enjoy working in a team
